fished from 6.00 till 7.30 with shrimp rigs and eel rigs
caught aload of macky and herring and a couple of launce
filled up the bait fridge Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

coul'nt believe the amount of fish down there,
the place was thick with them, i never caught/seen herring before
has anyone else ever caught them from the shore?
i had to bring them to a mate of mine to find out what they were
didnt keep to many, kept a few for pike bait, had over 30 macky

I had 4 launce chris, about 5-6 inches long,
a nice handy size for bait
