fishing frist time

just went fishing for bass for first time did not get any thing was useing crab but i dont think i was doing it right any advice on the best time and baits or any information would be much appricated to use to fly fishing for trout Smile

times of the tide tide depends on the venue you are fishing.lug and crab on any the surf beaches at this time of the year fishing from the start of the rising tide.looking for bass keep you bait close dont need to cast out far 2nd or 3rd wave will do.

thanks barry went this morning bait fishing and spinning cot a dog fish and 3 mackerl not what i was looking for but its better than nothing

but most of the good bass anglers i know wade out as far as thay can and cast as far as thay can even at low tide

can't agree with u there because from my experience bass are a close in fish , now there are species where u need big distance casts but bass isn't one of these

yeah in behind 2nd or 3rd wave no neeed to wade with bass.
