All anglers taking part next Sun in Cheekpoint need to be there before 11am for the draw and to have plenty of time to get to the strand. Make sure you have Crab, Lug, Rag and Maddies if you can get them. A fresh mackerel also. Plenty of three hook flapper traces, leads, and the obvious, Rods, Reels, Rod Rest, water proofs in case it rains, minimum would be wellingtons, no shoes or runners, sun cream i case the weathers good. Drink and food. If I missed anything the lads will add it. Entry fee of €20 can be paid to Jim on the day.

For the parking we are trying to get the use of the Guesthouse for a limited number of cars, parking on the left side of the car park only, to allow access for the owner. It is not financially viable to get the field for the day. There is plenty of parking at the top of the lane for anyone who is not competing as they can walk down from the road.

Permission was sought and REFUSED for parking in the 3 Rivers Guesthouse Car Park on Sunday. There is to be no Cars associated with the fishing in the car park on the day. No cars can go in and drop off or pick up anyone going fishing. All cars are to be parked on the road and anglers can walk down the lane to the beach. NO PARKING IN THE GUESTHOUSE CAR PARK>
