Got in the water for 6.30am with a lovely sun rise headed east. stopped off at the first mark. after a couple of the drops the fish finder went mad and sure enough a big shoal of coalie under us. we were catchin them as if they were like mackeral except alot bigger!! 

  After enough of coalie's caught we headed further east again and stopped off at a common enough mark. lots on gill nets around it but managed to avoid them.

			<description>Well, arrived nice and early on a foggy and cold morning at dunmore east, launched the boat to a nice swell running in from the s/w west, but little wind.

visibility was about 500 meters so we cautiously set of for the 3 mile rock, east of hook head.

As we got further offshore the vis improved a little, but it was still cold and damp, and now with a nice f3 northerly to keep us warm.

Started with general drifts around the rough ground in the hope of picking up some codling, got most everything  ...</description>

entry is same as last year E160 and membership E50(if you are already a member from shore you DONT pay 2nd membership) money needs to be paid up front.

space limmited so first come and pays gets the places  once we get our the first boat full we cant garntee  a place untill we have the 8 names for a second boat before we book the 2nd one.

			<description>left the dock at 8 am this morning plan was an hour for fresh mackerel and then start comp 1 at 9am.mackerel were scarce and didnt hit any till 3rd stop  and  alittle late we started the first competition witch was at drift fishing was good with plenty of fish (135 fish to 8 anglers in 3 hours) 9 species in all (lsd,red gurnard,cod,poor cod ,pout,pollock,ballan cookoo wrasse,ling,).
