Tide:high around 4
Weather:started out with chop end was lovely
Bait:crab,lug,razor,clam,macks,sandeel
Rigs:3 down and 3 ups
Results:2 codling ,3whiten,2dabs
3 months in and finally got out in the boat.after a few small problems and a bit of a delay and a chat with the habour master we got out.the word on the street was fishing out side was poor so said we would try a few marks inside the harbour.on the first stop we drifted a mark that normally have plenty of dabs whiten and dogs but not a touch.we decided to head futher up the estuary and anchor, getting up was slow with a strong north wind againest the tide calmed out tho and we anchored fishing was slow but we did manage a few fish dabs, whiten, codling all small tho.
great to get out after such a long time pitty we didnt have more time the sea was like glass when we coming in.was talking to the habour master he was saying they are putting barriers up and a load of new rules from this year anyone hear anything?
